mr. ye pointed out that the upflow filter was developed successfully based on the theory of inverse particle size filtration, which is also called ideal filtration theory. it is a major scientific discovery in the field of water treatment and filtration, so it has a broad application prospect. for example, as a biological aerated filter, the problem of clogging has been solved thoroughly; as a deep bed denitrification filter, the efficiency of phosphorus and nitrogen removal has been greatly improved; as an upflow filter applied in the field of water supply, the water yield can be increased by more than 50%. different from the surface filtration of the downflow filter, the whole filter bed of the upflow filter has a strong filtration effect, and its capacity is more than 5 times that of the common downflow filter. in addition, there is no increase of dissolved oxygen caused by water drop in upflow filter, and the carbon source can be saved by more than 30%.

the emergency project of shanwei east sewage treatment plant in guangdong province is a new project of the whole process, which adopts the intelligent modular standard part product of shenzhen qingquan, and the core is the cbm process combined with cbc baf mdf (up flow denitrification deep bed filter). the whole process has a residence time of only 2.5hr, and the total operation cost is about 0.25 yuan / ton water. in addition to the cbm process of shenzhen qingquan, two sets of treatment processes, oxidation ditch and a2o mbr, have been adopted in shanwei east sewage treatment plant. through the comparison of the three processes, it is found that the cbm process of qingquan in shenzhen has an absolute advantage in the area, operation and maintenance cost and investment cost.
