mr. dai mainly introduced the project cases of qingquan in sichuan, including the expansion and upgrading project of meishan municipal sewage treatment plant and the upgrading project of pu'an sewage treatment plant in jiange county.
for the expansion and upgrading project of meishan municipal sewage treatment plant in sichuan province, the traditional civil structure is adopted, and the original effluent is subject to the first level b standard. the owner requires that the renovation plan shall not damage the green space of the plant area, do not move the original process pipeline of the plant area, and the new operation cost per ton of water shall not exceed 0.30 yuan. the project of biological aerated filter up flow denitrification deep bed filter was adopted in qingquan, shenzhen. no new process structure was added to ensure the original treatment capacity and the stability of the effluent is better than the first level a standard. the actual added operation cost is less than 0.12 yuan.
in the bid raising and reconstruction project of pu'an sewage treatment plant in jiange county, by adding coagulation pool, biological aerated filter and denitrification deep bed filter, the new process covers a small area, mainly using the open space between the existing structures in the plant area and the original structures, without occupying the second phase of the land, with low operation cost and stable effluent quality meeting the water pollution requirements of minjiang and tuojiang river basins in sichuan province dye emission standard (db51 / 2311-2016).

dai stressed that in addition to the traditional reinforced concrete construction mode, the upflow filter technology in qingquan, shenzhen has realized the integration of steel structure equipment, and can solve user problems more quickly and efficiently. qingquan's intelligent modular water treatment equipment has been successfully applied to the standard raising project of shenzhen henggang sewage treatment plant, shanwei east district sewage treatment emergency project, inner mongolia zhalantun water source project, etc. the emergency project of shanwei east sewage treatment plant is a new project in the whole process, which adopts the intelligent modular standard part product, and the core is the cbm process combined with cbc baf mdf (up flow denitrification deep bed filter). the whole process has a residence time of only 4 hours, and the total operation cost is about 0.25 yuan / ton water. in addition to the cbm process of shenzhen qingquan, two sets of treatment processes, oxidation ditch and a2o mbr, have been adopted in shanwei east sewage treatment plant. through the comparison of the three processes, it is found that the cbm process of qingquan, shenzhen, has an advantage in floor area, operation and maintenance cost and investment cost.
